The Opportunity
You will assume responsibility for shaping and leading the trade mark practice, working with an impressive and diverse client base that spans domestic and international markets.
Key aspects include:
- Managing a broad portfolio of trade mark matters from clearance and prosecution through to enforcement and strategic advisory work
- Operating autonomously with confidence and providing sound commercial judgement
- Building and deepening client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Influencing growth strategy and contributing to the wider direction of the practice
- Working closely with senior leadership and playing a visible role in the continued expansion of a high-profile team

About You
- Qualified Trade Mark Attorney with 5+ years PQE
- Strong technical grounding across contentious and non-contentious trade mark matters
- Commercially astute, strategic thinker with the confidence to make significant decisions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of developing existing client relationships
- Capable of working independently while contributing to wider leadership discussion
Location and Flexibility
The role is London-based, with hybrid flexibility. Candidates should be within reasonable reach of the London office, attending in person a few times per month.
