You will join a highly regarded serious injury team in Manchester working on a varied and often complex caseload involving life-changing injuries such as brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, and other catastrophic claims.
As a Serious Injury Solicitor, you will:
- Manage your own caseload of serious injury matters.
- Support senior lawyers with complex high-value claims.
- Provide clear, practical, and empathetic legal advice to clients.
- Conduct regular case reviews to maintain high standards.
- Contribute to team initiatives and business development activity.
What we are looking for:
- 0–4 years’ PQE, ideally with experience in Serious Injury or Personal Injury.
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
- Empathetic, driven, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Keen to be part of a collaborative and supportive office environment.
