A leading regional law firm is seeking a skilled Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Serious Injury team based in Southampton. This is an opportunity to join a specialist team handling complex, high-value serious injury claims, working closely with experienced Partners and colleagues in a collaborative environment.

The Serious Injury Team is recognised nationally for securing multi-million-pound settlements and delivering a holistic, client-focused approach. The team supports clients not only financially, but also with their long-term care, medical, practical and emotional needs.

As a Serious Injury Solicitor, your work will include complex cases, such as:

  • Adult brain injury
  • Child brain injury
  • Complex orthopaedic injuries, including amputation
  • Fatal incidents, including inquests.

What we are looking for:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong background in Personal Injury work.
  • Ideally experienced in catastrophic or serious injury matters.
  • At a level equivalent to Grade B or above, with 4+ years of experience.
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, organised, with the ability to support multiple colleagues.
  • Naturally empathetic and confident when working with vulnerable clients and families.
  • A collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Eager to deepen your expertise in serious injury law while being supported to grow and progress long term.
