Sacco Mann is seeking a specialist Telecomms Patent Attorney for our client with offices in London and Cambridge. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Electronics, ideally within the telecomms space. The successful candidate, ideally a dual qualified Patent Attorney, will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of telecommunications patents, handling the drafting and prosecution and providing strategic IP advice to predominantly direct clients within the electronics and telecoms sectors. This role is working closely with one of the firms' major telecomms clients and so a large portion of your day to day work will be focused on telecomms work. It's essential that the successful candidate understands this technology and is excited by the prospect of a heavily telecomms focused practice. You will:
- Be a dual qualified Patent Attorney with a proven track record of working with Telecomms patents
- Have a strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies and patent prosecution processes
- Hold excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
