The Role
You’ll be a talented Trade Mark Attorney with a robust background in trade mark law, who is eager to take on the responsibility for managing existing caseloads and supporting the expansion of this impressive practice. As part of a dynamic, forward-thinking firm, you will work closely with solicitors and other professional advisers across a variety of commercial sectors, handling tasks such as conducting clearance searches, drafting and filing international trade mark applications, managing watching services, advising clients on potential conflicts, and handling oppositions and cancellations.
