This fantastic role can be based either in London at the firms centrally located city office or on a fully remote basis for those Trade Mark Paralegals based further afield.

We are interested in hearing from you if you are a highly proficient, autonomous individual with the ability to provide pivotal support to Trademark Attorneys in their strategic management of client portfolios across various industries.
Day to day:
Some of the duties you can expect include client onboarding, managing recordal projects, sending forms, drafting advice on searching and filing strategy, preparing draft opposition and cancellation forms, assignment documents, as well as offering renewal advice, preparing letters, organising meetings when required, and much more. Experienced Trade Mark Paralegal candidates interested in this position must have relevant and demonstrable Trade Mark Paralegal experience as well as strong teamwork, organisation, and communication skills. Those with the CITMA certification will be considered advantageous.
