We have been exclusively instructed on a superb opportunity! Our client, a stellar law firm is seeking a Trade Mark Records Administrator.
Ideally, you’ll be based in their London hub, however, regional applicants based in Sheffield, Bristol or Glasgow are warmly welcome to apply. This role offers an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a busy and innovative Trade Mark Records and Formalities team handling all aspects of trade mark records, renewals, and formalities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting and updating trade mark data, managing deadlines, preparing and filing UK and international trade mark applications, liaising with foreign agents and clients, and maintaining accurate trade mark records through various databases and document management systems. The role demands a proactive approach and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Skills you need:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in trade mark records formalities work, including data input and deadline monitoring
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident communicator
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of Patricia database system is advantageous but not essential
