Sacco Mann is delighted to present a rare and exciting opportunity for a senior ABL specialist to join a well-established national law firm with a strong and growing presence in Manchester. This is a pivotal leadership role for a Senior Associate, Legal Director or aspiring Partner, offering real influence over the direction and growth of the firm’s ABL practice.
About the role:
You’ll play a key part in shaping and expanding the firm’s Asset-Based Lending services across the North West, working closely with senior management on succession planning, strategic initiatives and team development. The firm offers flexibility for this role to have either a transactional or contentious focus, with a preference for candidates from a non-contentious background.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s commercial, banking and disputes teams to deliver a seamless national service, ensuring first-class client delivery and commercial excellence.
About you:

Extensive experience in Asset-Based Lending, from transactional or contentious backgrounds

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire junior team members

Proven track record in managing complex matters and maintaining key client relationships

Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach to growth and business development
