Are you a Commercial Solicitor looking to take the next step into complex, strategic contract work with major national and international clients? This is a standout opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team in Manchester, advising on some of the most sophisticated outsourcing, supply-chain and commercial projects in the market.
You’ll work across major sectors including transport, utilities, industrial engineering, aerospace and automotive, supporting both large-scale strategic arrangements and day-to-day commercial matters. Expect a genuinely varied workload, exposure to cross-border matters, and the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
What you’ll be doing

Drafting, negotiating and advising on complex commercial agreements

Supporting high-value outsourcing and supply-chain projects

Working closely with senior colleagues across Manchester and the wider UK team

Providing commercial input on corporate and real-estate transactions

Building strong relationships with blue-chip and public-sector clients

Contributing to client training, BD and thought leadership
What we’re looking for

1–7 PQE Commercial Solicitor (Associate or Senior Associate level)

Strong drafting and negotiation experience on commercial contracts

Clear commercial judgment and ability to work under pressure across concurrent matters

Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships

Collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving

At Senior Associate level: mentoring experience and confidence supporting BD initiatives
