Sacco Mann is pleased to be looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join a prestigious "Top 200" Law Firm based in Grantham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including plot purchases, new build conveyancing, and estate agent liaison. The role involves handling all stages of the conveyancing process, from initial enquiries through to exchange and post-completion formalities. The role also offers opportunities for business development through generating new work, maintaining strong relationships with local estate agents, and cross-referring clients across departments to maximise firm growth.
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Experience handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong client care skills and commitment to client satisfaction
- Proven ability to generate work and convert quotations into secured instructions
- Knowledge of the entire conveyancing process, including searches, Post-completion formalities, Stamp Duty Land Tax, and liaising with estate agents
- Experience with plot purchases and new build conveyancing
- Proactive approach to developing new client and referrer relationships
- Excellent organisational skills with a clear understanding of legal processes and workflows
