The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to take a key role within a well-respected and growing Corporate team. You’ll manage a varied caseload including:
You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver commercially driven solutions while helping shape the strategic growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on shareholder agreements, governance, and general company law issues

Leading negotiations and drafting complex legal documentation

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

Collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless full-service experience

Supporting team growth and mentoring junior solicitors or trainees

Contributing to business development initiatives and leveraging your network to attract new work
