The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to take a key role within a well-respected and growing Corporate team. You’ll manage a varied caseload including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions

  • Corporate restructuring

  • Shareholder agreements

  • General company law and governance matters

You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver commercially driven solutions while helping shape the strategic growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on shareholder agreements, governance, and general company law issues

  • Leading negotiations and drafting complex legal documentation

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless full-service experience

  • Supporting team growth and mentoring junior solicitors or trainees

  • Contributing to business development initiatives and leveraging your network to attract new work

About You
You will ideally have 10+ years’ PQE in corporate law, strong technical expertise, and a proven ability to manage complex transactions. You’ll be confident, commercially minded, and ready to take the next step in your career with a firm that values autonomy, innovation, and long-term success.
