The role
You will act for a sophisticated client base
Work will include:

Mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures

Corporate governance and restructuring

Commercial contracts and procurement agreements

Partnership/shareholder agreements

Public-sector commercial advisory matters

Supporting on large-scale infrastructure and strategic projects
This is a varied role offering exposure to complex, high-profile matters with meaningful public impact alongside private-sector commercial deals.
About you

Qualified Solicitor with 4+ PQE in Corporate and/or Commercial law

Strong drafting and transactional experience

Interest in working with public-sector, healthcare and regulated-market clients

Commercial mindset and ability to build trusted client relationships
