We’re working with a leading national law firm that is seeking to recruit a Corporate Senior Associate with 4+ years’ PQE to play a key role within its highly regarded team. The role will involve:
• Leading on complex transactions and supervising mid-level and junior lawyers
• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on key corporate documentation
• Managing client relationships and being a trusted first point of contact for commercial advice
• Driving business development initiatives, contributing to pitches, tenders, and wider strategy for growth
• Playing a role in mentoring and team leadership as the group continues to expand
About you:
• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in Corporate work
• A strong track record of advising on M&A, private equity, and general corporate matters
• Excellent technical ability coupled with commercial awareness
• Confident in leading transactions and nurturing client relationships
