Sacco Mann is excited to be partnering with a respected and progressive law firm in Manchester seeking a Corporate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their high-performing corporate team. This is a standout opportunity for a driven and commercially minded lawyer to take on sophisticated M&A and private equity work as part of a firm known for its ambitious growth, strong deal pedigree and collaborative culture.
You will advise a diverse client base including high-growth SMEs, PE-backed businesses, large corporates and international investors. Expect exposure to UK and cross-border transactions, complex restructures, joint ventures and private equity mandates. This role offers autonomy, strong partner access, and the real ability to help shape the continued growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of corporate matters including M&A, private equity, restructures and investments

Leading on deals and supporting senior lawyers on complex transactions

Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, investment docs, shareholder agreements and corporate governance materials

Supervising junior lawyers and supporting team development

Driving business development activity and nurturing client relationships
About You

4+ PQE Corporate Solicitor with strong transactional experience (M&A essential)

Exposure to private equity, restructures and/or cross-border work advantageous

Proven ability to run transactions efficiently and commercially

Confident communicator with excellent drafting skills and commercial acumen

Collaborative mindset with appetite for BD and mentoring junior lawyers

Ambitious, professional and motivated to progress in a growing team
