The Role
As an Employment Solicitor, you will support clients across a range of employment issues, predominantly representing employers. Your work will include employee relations, employment tribunals, TUPE transactions, contracts of employment, settlement agreements, dismissals, discrimination claims, and high court litigation involving restrictive covenants. You will manage your own caseload with appropriate support, providing clear and commercial advice that aligns with client and business needs. Participation in marketing and business development activities such as webinars, newsletters, and LinkedIn engagement is also expected to help build the firm’s reputation and client base.

Key Responsibilities

About You
The firm is looking for someone with NQ-2 years of experience, with experience working within an employment team. You will possess excellent communication skills, strong initiative, and problem-solving abilities. An ambitious mindset and a proactive, team-oriented approach are essential. You should demonstrate the ability to provide cost-effective, high-quality service, manage numerous tasks effectively, and show a keen attention to detail. Strong academic qualifications and IT skills are also required to excel in this position.
