About the role
Our client is looking for someone who is confident in managing a diverse caseload, specialising predominantly in contentious employment matters including:
- Employment tribunals
- Grievances
- Disciplinaries
- Discrimination
- Unfair dismissal
- Whistleblowing
- Redundancy
- Settle negotiations
About you
The successful candidate for this Employment Solicitor role will ideally have 3+ years PQE, has experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters, has fantastic client care skills and is looking to embed themselves in a collaborative team. Part time applicants are encouraged to apply as this role can be either full or part-time hours.
