A leading international law firm is seeking a talented NQ Commercial Property Solicitor to join its highly regarded Real Estate team in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and asset management matters.
- Support senior lawyers on major transactions for institutional investors, large corporates, landowners and international clients.
- Manage your own smaller matters and workstreams under supervision.
- Draft and negotiate leases, agreements, contracts, and ancillary documentation.
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports, due diligence, and client briefings.
- Build strong internal and external relationships across the firm’s UK and international network.
- Contribute to team initiatives, knowledge development, and client service improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify) with a seat in commercial property or real estate.
- Strong academic foundation and excellent technical skills.
- Demonstrable interest in commercial property work and the real estate sector.
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing deadlines, and deliver work to a high standard.
