Our client is looking for an ambitious leader who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
About the role
As Private Client Partner, you will:
- Lead and grow a thriving Private Client team, driving strategy and business development.
- Advise on complex matters including wills, trusts, estates, succession planning, tax, and wealth protection.
- Build relationships with UHNW/HNW clients, family offices, accountants, IFAs, and referrers.
- Play a key role in the firm’s national growth, collaborating across corporate, real estate, and dispute resolution groups.
- Influence firmwide direction as part of a forward-thinking partnership.
About You
You will be:
- A seasoned Private Client Solicitor with a strong track record in HNW/UHNW work with at least 7+ years PQE
- A natural business builder with a portable following or demonstrable BD success
- An inspiring leader who enjoys mentoring and elevating others
- Entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and excited by the chance to drive something bigger
- Looking for a firm where partnership means something—supportive, ambitious, and truly collaborative
