About the role

Within this Professional Misconduct Solicitor, you will be working on behalf of the Teachers Regulation Authority and your day-to-day duties may include:

  • Drafting allegations
  • Managing your own caseload of complex issues with regards to prosecuting teachers on safe-guarding issues, inappropriate contact and grooming
  • Representing a wide variety of clients including state and private schools, universities and sixth forms

 

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 4+ years PQE within Regulatory Law, ideally with experience in Professional Misconduct, acting for Professional Regulators or with experience in a professional body.
