Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their national, dynamic team in Manchester. This pivotal role involves leading complex, high value transactions, advising clients on a broad range of property matters, and managing a team of legal professionals. It is essential for this role that the successful candidate has previous experience in Infrastructure, Energy, Water or Utilities work.
You will be supporting a highly regarded Property Litigation Partner acting on matters including:
- High value rent review disputes
- Dilapidation disputes
- Development land disputes
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Housing Litigation

About You
Our client can consider an Associate around the 3PQE level, or a Senior Associate from 5PQE for this role. The successful candidate for this Real Estate Solicitor will ideally have previous experience working within the Energy sector, is looking to take the next step in their career and is ambitious with their long-term career goals.
