Sacco Mann is delighted to be working with a highly respected law firm in Chester that is looking to recruit an experienced Trust & Estates Solicitor to join its well-established Private Client team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a solicitor with solid experience in Private Client work — particularly in Trusts and Estates — to handle top-quality work for a prestigious client base, including business owners, agricultural clients, and landed gentry. The team’s focus is on delivering sophisticated advice to high-net-worth individuals, rather than typical high street matters.
You’ll manage a varied and often complex caseload, including trust work, large estates, and high-value wills, providing expert and tailored legal solutions with a high level of client care.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have 5+ years’ PQE – while this is a senior role, we are open to considering candidates at all levels over 5 years PQE
• Be a qualified Solicitor with proven experience in Private Client work, specifically Trusts and Estates
• Have previous experience advising high-net-worth clients, ideally including business owners, agricultural clients, or landed estates
• Possess strong technical knowledge of trusts, complex wills, probate, and inheritance tax planning
• Be confident managing a caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-focused approach
