An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join a busy in-house legal team supporting a global business, based at their HQ in Rotherham.
The role focuses on reviewing, drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts and terms and conditions, including supply, purchase, distribution and SaaS agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and T&Cs
- Identifying and escalating contractual risk where appropriate
- Supporting commercial, procurement and operational teams globally
- Preparing contract comparisons and maintaining legal records
- Conducting legal research and supporting wider legal projects
- Managing confidential information and legal documentation
About You
- Experience in a commercial paralegal role with hands-on contract work
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision
- A proactive, collaborative and professional approach
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment is desirable but not essential.
- A self-starter and confident in your abilities
- Good sense of humour!
