Sacco Mann are working on a new opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a thriving Northampton-based team at an award-winning leading law firm.
You’d be working with a real range of clients on varied real estate matters, including development work, sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, and corporate support transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and assist clients on their matters, ensuring excellent client service and helping them achieve their objectives (within professional and regulatory requirements).
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship; from engagement through to billing and payment follow-up.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including those required ahead of hearings.
- Ensure full compliance with file management and audit processes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support team objectives and wider firm initiatives.
- Keep Senior Associates and Partners updated as necessary.
- Manage client matters from initial instruction through to completion.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with around 3 to 6 years of experience within Commercial Property.
- Able to handle complex transactions, including new or unfamiliar tasks that require strong problem-solving skills.
- Confident using your own judgement while recognising when supervision or collaboration is needed.
- Able to identify and apply relevant legal principles effectively.
- Uses experience to assess and verify information.
- Produces high-quality work and is willing to go the extra mile.
- Approachable, professional, and skilled at building relationships with clients and colleagues.
