Sacco Mann are seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a well-established and supportive team in Peterborough. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about helping vulnerable clients and their families navigate complex Court of Protection matters.
You will be working on a wide range of Court of Protection work, including:
- Deputyship and attorneyship matters
- Property and financial affairs cases
- Health and welfare applications
- Capacity assessments and associated legal proceedings
- Liaising with clients, family members, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes

Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own Court of Protection caseload from start to finish.
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients, families, and other stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and submit applications, reports, and legal documents.
- Attend hearings and represent clients in Court.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the team.

- Strong experience in Court of Protection work.
- Excellent technical knowledge and ability to handle complex cases independently.
