About the Role
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you’ll be handling a range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers. You’ll provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and efficient service from instruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of residential property matters
- Advise clients clearly and professionally at every stage of the transaction
- Draft and review contracts, transfer documents, and related legal paperwork
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal file management requirements

- Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
