Sacco Mann is working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Manchester City Centre that is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor (0–2 years’ PQE) to join its growing Corporate team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Corporate lawyer to build their career within a dynamic, forward-thinking practice known for high-quality transactional work and a genuinely supportive team environment.
The Role
You will gain exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

Mergers and acquisitions

General business and commercial advisory work

The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE in Corporate Law

Experience (or strong exposure) to M&A and corporate transactions

Strong communication and client-handling skills

Proactive, well organised and commercially minded
