Are you proactive, detail-driven and ready to thrive in a highly collaborative environment? We are looking for an experience Commercial Property Paralegal to join a dynamic UK in-house legal team in Warrington, within a rapidly expanding commercial real estate business.

As an In-House Commercial Property Paralegal, you will:
- Draft and negotiate legal documentation using templates, including leases. Licenses to assign/alter/underlet, surrenders and related agreements.
- Managing your own matters and progressing documentation through to completion.
- Preparing completion summaries for the property management system.
- Processing and finalising documents using DocuSign.
- Tracking key lease dates and maintaining accurate records across internal platforms.
- Collaborating closely with Asset Managers, Legal Assistants, Team Assistants, Office Managers, external lawyers and the Legal & Compliance function.
What we are looking for:
- At least 1 years’ experience in a legal support role, ideally as a Paralegal.
- Experience in commercial real estate.
- Strong drafting skills, and enthusiasm to learn.
- Confidence using technology.
- Excellent MS office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- An enthusiastic, team-oriented approach and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
