Sacco Mann is recruiting a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a well-established niche healthcare practice based in York City Centre. This is a newly created role, introduced due to a busy and growing commercial property workload.
This opportunity is ideal for a proactive paralegal with strong commercial property knowledge and solid drafting skills who is looking to develop their commercial property experience within a specialist team. You will work closely with experienced legal professionals on commercial property transactional matters.
The role
You will provide essential support, working on a fast-paced caseload.
Responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and preparing commercial property documentation
- Assisting with leases, acquisitions, disposals, and general property matters
- Conducting property searches and due diligence
- Managing and maintaining files and legal records
- Liaising with clients
This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the team continues to expand.
About you
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a commercial property paralegal, legal assistant or secretary
- Strong drafting skills and confidence preparing commercial property documentation
- A good understanding of commercial property transactions
- Post completion experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
