An established law firm is recruiting two Post Completion Assistants to join its Residential Property team in central Sheffield. These roles sit within a busy team and would suit candidates looking to build strong technical experience in post-completion work within a structured and supportive environment.
The Role
Working as part of a shared team, you will assist with a range of post-completion and administrative tasks, including:
- Providing quotes to clients
- Opening files
- Processing client care documentation and carrying out electronic ID checks
- Issuing contract packs via the case management system
- Preparing and submitting Land Registry registrations
- Dealing with Land Registry requisitions
- Sending TID forms to lenders
- Closing files
- Assisting with exchanges and completions during busy periods (dependent on experience)
About You
- Previous experience within a conveyancing or property support role is desired
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with case management systems
- A team player with a proactive and reliable approach
- Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
