The Role:
You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced property team, assisting with a variety of conveyancing tasks, including:
- Handling client queries
- Issuing contracts
- Ordering and reviewing searches
- Managing exchanges
- Setting up completions
- Preparing and issuing reports
About You:
To be considered for this role, you must have
- At least 12 months' experience in residential conveyancing (sales and purchases)
- Confidence working with volume caseloads
- The ability to hit the ground running
- Strong organisational skills and a client-focused mindset
